Welcome to Vinku, developed by JarmSoft. We deeply respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy governs your use of the Vinku — Mortgage Comparison Calculator mobile application on Android and iOS, and explains what information is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected.
By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. This policy complies with Google Play Store and Apple App Store guidelines, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection (LOPDGDD), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable international data protection standards.
Vinku is designed to function primarily offline and locally. All mortgage calculations are performed entirely on your device. The financial data you enter (loan amounts, terms, interest rates, insurance costs) is never sent to our servers and is not accessible by JarmSoft. However, to provide free access, manage premium subscriptions, and retrieve public Euribor data, we use the following third-party services.
We use Google AdMob to fund free access to the application. Users with an active subscription do not see any ads. AdMob may automatically collect certain device information, such as:

We use Firebase Analytics (by Google) to understand how users interact with the application. This helps us improve performance, identify friction points, and prioritize new features. Firebase Analytics may collect:
No financial data you enter in the app is ever sent to Firebase. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised. For EEA/UK users, analytics data is only processed on the basis of your explicit consent, obtained via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) on first launch.
You can opt out of Firebase Analytics at any time from your device settings (Android: Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID; iOS: Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable tracking) or by contacting us.
To securely manage annual subscriptions and one-time purchases, we integrate RevenueCat. This service collects:
Note: All payment processing is handled natively by the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. JarmSoft does not have access to, nor does it store, your credit card details or billing information.
The application queries the ECB's public API to retrieve the 12-month Euribor rate. This request includes no personal data — only a public financial data point is requested. Your device's IP address may be visible to ECB servers during the request, as is standard with any internet connection.
The application uses the DM Sans typeface via Google Fonts. Google Fonts may receive a network request when the font is loaded, which may include your device's IP address. See the Google Fonts Privacy FAQ for more details.

Vinku is a mortgage analysis and comparison tool intended exclusively for adults. It is not directed at children under the age of 16 (or under 13 under U.S. law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately. Your trust matters to us. Your financial data is processed and stored exclusively on your device, with no transmission to external servers. For operations requiring internet access (advertising, analytics, and purchase management), we rely on Google (AdMob, Firebase) and RevenueCat, all of which implement industry-grade encryption and secure HTTPS connections.
Data stored locally (preferences, mortgage comparisons) remains on your device until you uninstall the application or delete it manually. Purchase history data held by RevenueCat is retained in accordance with their own retention policy. Advertising identifier and usage analytics data are managed according to Google's data retention policies (Firebase Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months by default).
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect new legal requirements or application features. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, when legally required, through the Google UMP consent form within the application.
